Nestled in the heart of Houlka, Mississippi, 40 Oaks Venue is a family-owned business proudly built on land that holds generations of memories. Owned and operated by Linda and Tim Berry— Linda was born in the area and Tim was born on this very property — our venue is more than just a place; it's a legacy rooted in love, tradition, and Southern charm.

Spread across 23 beautiful acres, 40 Oaks Venue offers a breathtaking natural setting centered around a serene lake and surrounded by 40 majestic oak trees that inspired our name. This peaceful landscape creates the perfect backdrop for unforgettable weddings and special events.

Luxury that welcomes you home

Designed with both elegance and comfort in mind, our venue accommodates up to 300 guests — from intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, reunions, and private events. We provide everything you need on-site, including tables, a spacious dance floor, and event essentials, so you don't have to worry about renting from outside vendors.

Our expansive bridal suite features a private bathroom and over 500 square feet of space. Additional dressing rooms ensure comfort for your entire party. For extended stays, our overnight suite accommodates up to 16 guests — complete with a soaking tub, massage room, pool table, bar, and TV area.
